      Our Compensation Philosophy

      We believe that working at Canvas is about more than just the paycheck.       The big picture compensation philosophy is a Total Rewards Package that includes:

      Generous Benefits Package

      • Flexible health, dental and life insurance benefits and HSA accounts
      • 401(k) – with up to 10% Company contributions

      Competitive Cash Compensation will include both base and variable pay. Retail staff and other sales-focused roles have an opportunity to earn monthly incentives. All other roles have the opportunity to earn an annual bonus, based on individual and company performance. We are in this together with our Canvas family…so when Canvas succeeds, we all do!

      Generous PTO for all, beginning with three weeks the first year, four weeks after one year of service and five weeks after five years of service are aimed at providing the opportunity to recharge and reengage. We also offer 3 sick days so you can show up at your best to care for our members.

      WorkLife Partnership provides flexible support to meet our Canvas family where they are. It goes above and beyond the typical Employee Assistance Program (which we also provide).
